ART MOLD ACCESSORIES A.S. has been started production to make mold accessories such as pins and bushes as a branch of the main company in 2005. With machinery park consist of top quality and well known branded machines, our facility started to export 75% of its production in a very short time and continued to service with its new brand name after company split process. Our company is performing with tolerances up to 4µ precision by means of automatic climatization throughout the workshop. Consequently around 200C fixed temperature is ensured in whole facility. For round parts, 16MnCr5 (DIN 1.7131) material is used which is proper for gas sementation. After heat treatment material hardness is fixed to around 58-62 HRc. By means of heat treatment with gas sementation, outer surface have adjustable hardness while having  flexible internal structure which prevents fragility. Thus our products assure to be resistant and long lasting period.
